The Opinion of Value report is designed to provide you with an estimate of the fair market value of a dental practice based upon an evaluation of the seven primary factors that drive practice value. The report will include a detailed cash flow analysis and can be utilized to make buying/selling decisions and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for practice growth.

The Opinion of Value report includes the following:

1. Our CPA will determine the value of your practice after an analysis of your practice financial data, the market in which the practice operates, and a round of questions to ensure we understand your practice fully
2. Phone consultations to ensure you understand our final results, your practice’s value, and any opportunities for the practice to grow or improve.
3. This report is intended for sellers considering a practice sale, buyers considering a practice purchase, or practice owners wanting to check in on their practice value and identify ways to grow or improve their practice moving forward.

The Calculation of Value report includes all of the information within the Opinion of Value report but is completed by our CPA, who utilizes multiple appraisal methodologies to complete the report in line with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) valuation standards. It also includes a site visit to the practice by our CPA to inspect the facility and equipment of the practice.

The Calculation of Value report includes the following:

1. Our CPA will determine the fair market value of your practice using multiple appraisal methodologies in line with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) valuation standards.
2. We will conduct a site visit to tour the practice and inspect the facility and equipment (all costs of this visit are included in the initial fee).
3. This report is intended for sellers considering a practice sale and buyers considering a practice purchase to ensure that no stone is left unturned in your sale or acquisition transaction.
