If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel your order while we are in the process of completing your valuation report, we will issue a 50% refund of the original purchase price.
If you have received your valuation report but are not satisfied with the quality of our product, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your report, and we will issue a refund if appropriate. These refunds are made on a case-by-case basis.
Any payment eligible for a refund will be issued to the method of original payment within 30 days of the cancellation or request for refund.
